At SubZero Web Solutions we understand that things change and that you as a business need to move with these changes to ensure you are best placed to adapt to market conditions.
Once we have agreed to proceed with your website you will always be notified of your current project progress via your exclusive Client Login area. This area can also be used to provide us with feedback as to how you feel things are progressing and, of course, suggest any tweaks or alterations. After all it is YOUR project!
After the completion of your website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month. Any support thereafter will be charged at an hourly rate of £25.
